CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, this Privacy Notice is hereby extended to all clients (hereinafter referred to as the personal data subject(s) of ALLIED UNIVERSAL PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES, S.A. DE C.V., hereinafter referred to as Allied Universal.

The personal information that will be used by Allied Universal, will consist in the personal information of its owner. That information will be the following:

- Personal and professional references (By providing the data of third parties, the owner of the data guarantees that he/she has their consent for such purposes).
- Federal Taxpayers Registry

SENSIBLE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We also inform you that, for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, the following sensitive personal data that require special protection will be processed: health status data, toxicological tests, and socioeconomic status. We inform you that the processing of such data is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal employment relationship, which is why your consent is exempted.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
For the collection and processing of personal information, Allied Universal follows all the principles set forth in the Law. Personal information will be collected through job applications, online services, resumes, interviews, socioeconomic studies, toxicological, medical, psychometric and polygraph evaluations.
PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information will be use to properly analyze the profile of the holder of the personal data to be considered as an employee, verify their background, environment and suitability including knowing the specific capabilities, aptitudes, difficulties and impossibilities of each candidate.
INFORMATION TRANSFER
Personal data may be shared with affiliated companies and parent company, or that in any way are part of the business and commercial group to which Allied Universal belongs, in Mexico or abroad, when it is necessary to comply with the purposes mentioned above or for marketing purposes, such as being used to conduct market research. Said subsidiaries, companies and suppliers, if it is necessary to transfer your data, will operate under the same Personal Data Protection Policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
Personal information will be kept under the strictest confidentiality, and will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, unless there is a change in this Privacy Notice, which will be duly informed to you. Allied Universal has implemented administrative, physical and technical measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
REQUEST OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION. LIMITATION OF USE AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT.
The owner of the personal information, may submit or send to Allied Universal a request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition regarding his/her personal data, as well as oppose or limit its use or disclosure and revoke, when possible, the consent he/she has given for its processing.
At any time, the owner of the personal data may revoke the consent, if any, given to Allied Universal® Security Services for the processing of their data. However, it is important that you take into account that not in all cases your request may be met or the use of your personal information may be terminated immediately, since it is possible that some legal obligation may require that your personal data continue to be processed. Likewise, you should consider that the revocation of your consent may imply that the recruitment process with Allied Universal® Security Services cannot continue.
